Are you struggling to find strategies to help your pre-teen with big feelings? Do you need some tools to help support them in those tough moments? Do you need some tools to support yourself in those tough moments? Whether your pre-teen is grappling with stress, anger, or just managing daily routines, we will identify approaches that can help you navigate this time together.
Led by Licensed Mental Health Counselor Ashley Abesamra.

Caregivers of children ages 8-12 years old.

Tools for supporting your pre-teen with emotional regulation.
Tools to help you keep calm while helping your pre-teen with big emotions.
How to create your own support plan to help you attend to your self-care so you can share your calm.
